Eco is a tool for recording your own spending and seeing what is left. By using it you accept these terms.
What Eco is, and is not
Eco is a calculator over numbers you type in yourself. It is not a bank, a financial institution, or an adviser, and nothing it shows is financial, tax, investment or legal advice. Every figure it displays is derived from your own entries, so its accuracy depends entirely on theirs. Decisions about your money remain yours.
Free and paid
Recording spending, your daily number, the plan and Insights are free. Eco Premium is an auto-renewing subscription covering goals, debts, Siri and suggestions, the app passcode, iCloud backup and export.
- Billing is handled by Apple through your Apple Account, and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancel any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs out.
- Prices vary by country and may change; a change is announced before it takes effect.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy, not by us.
If a subscription ends, the paid features lock again. What you already recorded is never taken away, never hidden, and can always be exported or deleted.
Your data is your responsibility
Eco stores your data on your device, and in your own iCloud if you switch backup on. Keep your device and your Apple Account secure; losing access to either may mean losing your records. The backup is a convenience, not a guarantee, and you should not rely on it as your only copy.
No warranty
Eco is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It may contain errors and may be unavailable or interrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of Eco, including lost data or decisions made on the basis of what it displayed.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use Eco after a change means accepting it.
